THE Ipswich Hospital Foundation celebrated a major milestone at its Gala Dinner in aid of mental health support in the region.
The the Gala marked the official launch of the Foundation’s new name and brand.
It will now become known as the West Moreton Health Foundation.
“Over the past few years, the Foundation has gone through a real transformation; the rebrand reflects who we’ve become and where we’re going,” CEO Scott Young said.
“We’ve matured, expanded our impact, and are now proudly supporting the health and well-being of more than 325,000 people across the Ipswich, Somerset, Scenic Rim and Lockyer Valley communities.
“Our new brand signals a clearer, more confident identity and will serve as a vehicle for us to inspire generosity, attract new opportunities and deepen our connection with the community – all with the purpose of delivering greater impact for the people of West Moreton.”
All proceeds from the night went towards mental health initiatives across the West Moreton region, with 46 percent of locals now struggling with mental health challenges.
