Country giants to headline CMC Rocks 2026
1 min read

CMC Rocks QLD will return to Willowbank from Friday, March 20-22, 2026, with Jordan Davis, Old Dominion and Riley Green leading the bill.

They will be joined by more than 30 acts, including Carly Pearce, Tucker Wetmore, Dasha, Gavin Adcock, Tyler Braden, Hudson Westbrook, Josh Ross, James Johnston, Casey Barnes, Wade Forster, Sara Berki and Tyla Rodrigues. The festival will again feature hosts Storme Warren, Mike Carr and D.J. Grizzly Adams.

Now in its 19th year, CMC Rocks has grown into the largest international country music festival in the Southern Hemisphere.

The 2025 event sold out at 26,000 capacity, with organisers reporting that nearly half of attendees travel from interstate and two-thirds were repeat visitors.

Headliner Jordan Davis first broke through in 2018 and has since won both Billboard and iHeartRadio new artist awards, with hits including Buy Dirt and Next Thing You Know. His third album Learn the Hard Way was released earlier this year.

Old Dominion return to CMC Rocks for the first time since 2018. The Nashville group has built a global following with nine No. 1 singles, multiple ACM and CMA group awards, and billions of streams, and their latest album Barbara was released this month.

Alabama native Riley Green rounds out the bill. Since his 2018 debut, he has built a reputation on traditional storytelling, earning his first solo US radio No. 1 in 2025 with Worst Way. He last played in Australia at the 2024 Ridin’ Hearts Festival.

As in past years, the program extends beyond the main stages. Highlights include the Songwriters Show, the late-night Amazon Music After Party, and family-friendly activities under the Lil’ Buckaroos banner. Market stalls, bars, and a mix of local and emerging talent will also return.

The festival delivers a major economic lift for the region. The Queensland Government estimates the 2025 edition injected more than $15 million into the state economy, while Ipswich City Council reports around $10 million in local benefits.
